Pathfinders' Board of Directors

Kristin MacDermott

    Kristin is a licensed professional counselor trained in marriage and family therapy.
    Her passion to help people overcome the emotional and psychological effects of cancer led her to co-found Pathfinders in 2004 to provide low or no-cost counseling and volunteer support for families in the Roaring Fork Valley.
  That same passion led her to found the company, Reimagine in 2012, which focused on her clinically-proven curriculum of resiliency skills.

     Kristin holds degrees from Duke and Antioch Universities, and was trained in mind-body medicine at the Center for Mind-Body Medicine in Washington, D.C. and at Harvard Medical School.

Allison Daily

     Allison Daily is the Director of Pathfinders in Aspen, Colorado, and holds a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology from University of Santa Monica in California.

     Her passion is working with grief and loss clients and finding ways for them to not only process all that they are feeling, but also feel closer to the one they loved and lost.

     Allison believes that if the pain and sadness can be a part of the honoring and remembrance, then healing has begun.

     She has a very personal understanding of loss as she lost her dear husband, Art, in December of 2020, as well as her brother to suicide in 1990. Allison lives in Aspen and has two boys, Rider and Burke.

Preston Fox

     Preston is an attorney and CPA, with his focus on tax planning, entity formation, transactional work, real estate, estate planning, business management and non-profit work.

     Preston advises numerous non-profit organizations and sits on the boards of Pathfinders and Achieve KidsTri, a program to educate and train disadvantaged youth in health, nutrition and exercise.

     In his spare time, Preston enjoys spending time with his wife Michelle and son Brody, as well as skiing, hiking and mountain biking.

Beth Mobilian

     In 2008, Beth became

a counselor, and then Director of Pathfinders. When the founders proposed their vision to bring the power of Kristin MacDermott's curriculum, Pillars4Life, online, Beth joined the team and became Director of Training at Reimagine™. 

     Beth continues to be an integral part of Pathfinders, serving as a counselor, as well as implementing programs on Grief + Loss in divorce.

     Beth holds degrees in Human Development, Social Policy, and Spiritual Psychology. She maintains a private practice in Colorado.

     Living outside of Aspen, Colorado, Beth enjoys her life skiing, biking, hiking and is also a huge football fan! Along with the joy of supporting others through Pathfinders, she has two wonderful children in college.
